glad we are agreeing hoots
Positives
1) AVZ is playing the game that needs to be played in these countries - Connections
2) AVZ has followed proper governance in engaging Marius, that protects us al
3) AVZ is aware of the landscape and has a strategy - doesnt feel that way at times
4) If AVZ does get into the midst of having to negotiate, Marius is a good person to have on our side
Negatives
1) Thats alot of money to pay especially given we only have 36m to work with - 10% seems alot
2) I don't think anyone in DRC would get that type of fee -I am not sure what promises Marius made to warrant that but we dont see the value if we have paid this
3) There doesnt appear to be a value-add outcome from this engagement - thats not a a good Return on our money; at least the jury is out - time will tell
