I believe that they can be called upon at any time,
as they are partly paid shares (paid to 4.5c) with 20.5c
left to pay by Jan 2008.
On trading above 25c can't see why they would'nt be
1 to 1 with head stock, although do carry company coversion call risk at anytime, I think
