    Why Mincore and not GR Enigineering for the FEED Study?

    Maybe it had something to do with obtaining a second opinion on the DFS from GR Engineering.

    Maybe it had something to do with Mincore's willingness to accept shares in lieu of part payment.

    Distance in todays environment should not be a deciding factor.

    Time will tell, after the FID, when the EPC contract goes to the winner.
