You can call it what you like, however as mentioned I'm working on the ST data 1H and 2 H. Seeing that usually the short term suggests what's happening later and over time you might be able to work out the relevance.
The Fib 38.2% retracement of wave v up of 5 up to 61c is considered mild. Next level is Fib 50% at 57.5c and 54c at Fib 61.8%.
