I said, "she is quoted to have said ...", because I wasn't sure that she did say it, but I followed up by saying, "Now I know of someone who might have said the same or similar to you @beisha when she called the high at 37c back in January 2018 and you didn't believe her back then - what a shame!"
I hope that helps to clarify, but yes I thought it is a classic as well, as it sometimes makes the point, like during this above situation!
