lack of volume and declining price is not what you would expect to see in advance of expected company making news - hence the referenced lack of buy the rumour sell the news quote in my earlier post - I could hypothesise on a few possible reasons for this but I will stay on topic T/A

there is a confluence of support around here - 21c ( 4 touches not breached ) the 200 EMA currently around 20c and then the November lows around 19.5c - clearly a break below this zone would be ominous- Hopefully you get a buy the news event to put all the recent negative press behind you
