Always thought descending triangles at the top is bearish. 19C broke and price continued down to the next support 16C. Dead cat bounce back to 19C met supply so it does look like 16C will be tested again soon? Chances of it holding is slimmer than a bounce here so the potential 12C is a higher probability. Until the market show its hand, anything is possible.
