    sorry , but that comment doesnt make much sense. a road is a road and upgrading costs to an XYZ levels is what it costs....you reckon a $285m upgrade of a road would have been greenlighted if there was a resource worth sub $150m at the end of it?

    Maybe its worth $286m....
