Hey guys I'm quite new to the TA side of things, hence advice on the golden cross is appreciated. How reliable is the golden cross in relation to picking an entry point? I was looking at several charts yesterday and it seems that the golden cross does not happen regularly. Last one we had was like 3 years ago but damn it would have been an amazing entry. I was looking at the Ripple (XRP)chart they had a golden cross last year but it did not sustained for long. Because of the rare occurrence of the golden cross would one take it as a more significant indicator when compared to EMA and MACD. I do know that all these indicators do not predict 100% as they are charted only from past prices which then generates momentum.
