As I was saying earlier "the Bollinger Band has started to open up for SP to slight down on" and what a slight it is. Double Top confirmed with increase in above average volume. Bearish CS with close at the day's low. Indicators remain on bearish.
Even though it looked possible for a while, I have taken the Rising Gradient out of the picture, because now it looks more likely that SP is reaching the T3 (the Double Top target), T4 and even the the bottom of the trading range might be tested again.

The $20 you might as well donate to some organization helping the needy, the vision impaired or where someone gets a benefit from it, especially if the following is anything to go by and they guy with the 33 million shares on the sell side is serious.
