"Assess the risk " ???? If we go back to .64 your "target" the company will be a lot riskier will it not ??? you wont invest now so why invest at .64 your "target "
The only reason i can see for a 40% pull back is no news or bad news ,, unless your expecting a few OTs to be announced and then it tracks back to .64 ???
Please explain to me how its going to track back to .64 and be any less risky than it is now ??
