With such massive upside and the government of the DRC declaring it's intentions towards AVZ. When anyone of the important announcements drop, it will be to late to get onboard. My broker told me it is too hard to pick fluctuations, if it is a good thing then just get on.
I think the charts will become very important as the announcements drop.
