Given likely achieving similar cash cost, why should AVZ be valued at 80-95% discount?

You can't rely on the PFS for your cost. AVZ has many more variables in their studies than the WA hard rockers, the miners there show actual cost. The discount is justified given the numerous risks with this resource as stated many times. The newbies can check my posts.
