They are FINALISING the detailed announcement on mining and exploration rights, which should entail issuance of the ML, further details on the exact redrawing of the 13359 tenement into a PE, and a PR, with terms and conditions on the PR for the next 5 years.
Also, possibly some form of statement from the DRC regarding who within COMINIERE is going to jail, and also possibly the terms of the agreement for the pre-emptive purchase of the 15% from COMINIERE.
In order for this to happen, the terms of the shareholders agreement will need to be fulfilled, i.e. ML and confirmed financing as required for the deposited and approved DFS. Only then can the 15% be released, with the final 10% ceded to the DRC.
