Given where the price is with Tin surely we could ask for a massive upfront fee which would cover the majority of the $550mil needed for mining setup.

I tend to agree, likely Nigel will try use this to get the best deal. Upfront finance reduces the equity amount we need and dilution too. Might be a bit longer wait than first thought but great in the long run.
