The AVZ story is simple. Unfortunately, I'm going to say what most here dont want to here but at least, it's reality. It will take a lot of time for AVZ to assemble a good legal team. (Like building a rugby team from scratch.) Once the team has been assembled which will probably take about 8 weeks or so, AVZ BOD will have to fill them in on what has been happening in the DRC, which will take another 4 weeks. So, we're already looking into March/April. Next, the legal team will then have to talk amongst themselves to do their own due diligence about the DRC and the lithium industry in general. Essentially, this will take them to June/July. Next, they will then apply to the courts for them to hear AVZ's case. So, that's Oct now. Remember, this is now 2023; so, the court hearings take over the next 2 or 3 months, which will now take us to Jan 2024. The hedge funds who called for 2024 or 2025 opening of AVZ nailed it!
