    Jesus Wept. After all this time, SURELY AVZ Managers accept they have failed utterly to broker a deal THEY want. Time to accept a deal to allow mining to start. For heavens sake, put aside egos. Let go a % of land. Pay whoever needs to be paid. Adopt a position of humility and gratitude so that your shareholders don't lose all their capital. GET IT DONE.
