I don't know how reliable the website Congomines since Cominiere's page also doesn't mention Dathcom so I'm taking it with a grain of salt, does anyone know more?
Couldn't find any reference to Zijin/Jin Cheng mining acquirined 15% of Dathcom from Cominiere in any filings for Zijin on either Shanghai Stock Exchange or Hong Kong Stock Exchange but maybe I'm blind. Checked both English versions & the Chinese version of the 2021 annual report for example and there were some reference to the argentina project and Katamba but I didn't see anything about the Dathcom project. If filings as recent as April/may don't mention this acquisition it seems weird.
