it's a human rights advocacy agency , basically lobbyist for human because of DRC poor record on child labour in the past , but I assume this type of letter is submitted in objection to any new mine so nothing really serious especially with AVZs significant ongoing commitment to community. To give perspective it would be like any new mine that would start in Australia as a default position the greens would object in writing they would then openly protest the crap out of it ! eg: ADANI is the most high profile one I can think of !
