Just to put the licence questions to bed, see below. The light blue outline is the granted licence, PR13359.
The purple licences surrounding it are the ones held by AVZ already (PR4029 and PR4030)
The second map shows these pre-existing licences on the map AVZ released previously, where you can also see the previous licence covering the Manono-Kitolo pegmatites and mine. (The purple shapes in the middle of that licence.
The new permit, PR13359, clearly replaces PE12202 in its entirety, as previously advised by
