This is interesting but I just can't see a Hydroxide plant...

    This is interesting but I just can't see a Hydroxide plant being built in the country. Even if they have access to the technology which is proprietary and tightly held by a few players these plants require lots of very skilled labour to operate.

    I just don't see Hydroxide being produced in DRC
