Dunno about the timing, but the DRC need to get cracking and get the Li out of the ground, stat, whist it’s still part of the best battery tech.
Delaying the ML to pursue a pipe dream (moving up the value chain) could ultimately harm both the DRC and us shareholders.
I’m hoping they don’t get too ambitious (not yet at least).
