    The extra %15 was scheduled to be sorted by end of this month (March 2022). Its looking like this wont happen as we have yet to receive an announcement re $240M from CATH as you mentioned.

    If we can get the $240M by end of March i think your time line fits.

    By EOM March - $240M from CATH
    By EOM April - Extra %15
    By EOM May - ML issued.
