What the hell are you (ipv6ready) on about?
With reference to the term "initial trading halt request" referred to in the 17/06/22 announcement, "Mining and exploration rights for the Manono Lithium and Tin Project" is the subject per the 09/05/22 announcement:
"AVZ Minerals Limited (ASX: AVZ, OTCQX: AZZVF) (“AVZ” or “Company”) requests that a trading halt beplaced on the Company’s securities effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to it’s mining and exploration rights for the Manono Lithium and Tin Project."
On the 17/06/22 announcement, AVZ stated:
"Voluntary Suspension
The Company refers to its request for an extension to its voluntary suspension dated 20 May 2022, in relation to the finalisation and release of an announcement with respect to its mining and exploration rights for the Manono Lithium and Tin Project (Manono Project) and this announcement is not intended to end the voluntary suspension.
The Company expects to be able to lift the voluntary suspension following a decision with respect to the grant of the Permit d’Exploitation (PE or Mining Licence) and an update regarding its exploration rights for the Manono Project.
The Company advises that as at the date of this announcement:
• the subject of the initial trading halt request remains incomplete;
• there is no change to the anticipated timeframe for the completion of the subject of the initial trading halt request (on or before 1 July 2022)."
To me, this means that:
1. What ever procedures AVZ needs to fulfill (eg surface rights) to officially obtain the ML remains incomplete as at 17/06/22.
2. AVZ expects that it will not complete all these procedures before 1 July 22. In other words, AVZ expects that it will complete all these procedures, but not before 1/7/22.
3. Once completed, decision with respect to the grant of the Permit d’Exploitation (PE or Mining Licence) will be made.
4. Voluntary suspension will be lifted once ML decision received.
