Are you seriously saying Airguide while still under contract with AVZ are doing the dirty on the side and facilitating another party acquiring the company on the cheap to the detriment of SH’s? Surely that would breach the terms of their contract?
And if a HTO is happening and Airguide are helping to facilitate this and not screw the company in the process the only way I can see it being in everyone’s favour is if it happens at +45cps, that way Airguide get all the bonus shares and no holders lose out.
