How much would a party need to successfully execute a HTO? Top 20+ management = ~ 45 % correct me if I'm wrong. Why would T20 vote for a HTO if most of them held through 37c? Most of the shareholders here like me have averages over 15 c I would reasonably assume. If this was actually a move to stage a HTO, I would believe that it would require way more volume. To the extend in which we would hit teens before receiving an offer.
