If Airguide does turn on us shareholders that would be the biggest betrayal as of yet. I read here on HC where there was a purported quote of ML in correspondence with another SH about how Airguide and the management have the best interest in protecting SH's value in terms of SP. He also said something along the lines of how all the theories of Huayou having animosity with the board as erroneous. (This was a LinkedIn conversation if I recalled correctly). In the event where we LTSH get backstabbed, I honestly do believe that there is a probable cause of negligent misrepresentation. Retrospectively, I still believe and want to believe that Airguide is fervent in the notion of bringing AVZ into production, if it was not, they would have surely exited early like Klaus.
