My Hong Kong taxi driver feels AVZ could have a non-Chinese Interest emerging and this may be making HuaYou act more decisively on the value of cooperating with AVZ.

Huayou was always an irritant on the Chinese side of acting on this rare resource according to my HK taxi drivers’ intel.

One other thing, this comes out post-Airguide, what does this say? It reaffirms despite what many thought was a non-happening relationship as a happening relationship. May be new members on AVZ staff has prompted a way forward as well to mining stage.
