As per the Corporations Act, AVZ has to hold an AGM, assuming we get funding and are still in business by November.
Corporations Act 2001: This legislation requires public companies to hold an AGM each year, even if they are not listed on the ASX. Therefore, if the delisted company is a public company (not a proprietary company), it is still required to hold an AGM annually.
