If the Chinese get there hands on AVZ anything is possible time wise, especially with their desire to be global controllers of electric battery materials, and to lock in long term supply needs. Huayou(Chinese mining-large stake in AVZ) got 5 copper/cobalt projects up and running in 12 months.

I have the same thoughts, M8 and Stakx. Say a JV with GXY who has the management and expertise, and likely Chinese connections, to develop AVZ's large lithium resource.
