yep - this is cooked. All over. Best we can hope for is for Nigel No Mates to come to the negotiation table and agree to withdraw all ICC lawsuits for AVZ’s 75% stake @~$1.50 ps.
If the DRC govt was serious about partnering with AVZ the ML decree would never have been cancelled in the first place, and the longer this drags on, the bigger the risk that we lose the lot and/ or become insolvent.
Can’t see any white knight coming in to save the day either
