Don't you think it is more than likely AVZ will be bought out ? Personally have never thought they would be get this to the production stage . So if it's 2027 or 2030 and being behind in the cue , that's not AVZ's problem . China clearly want control .China want's the Lithium for China . So whether AVZ have 75% or 60% or 51% it's obviously not going to be acceptable with them .Not in the DRC . A country they have been entrenched in for decades .
I don't see Felix stepping in . It's a very prickly situation for him . He is caught between a rock and a hard place . He has given instructions to the MoM for parties involved to sort something out .China can drag this out until the cows come home , but it's not in the DRC's best interest for this to drag on for many more months or years. It's not in AVZ's best interest either . ICC is stall and scare tactics . Already delayed once by China . Already one victory by AVZ . The easiest way out of this for all involved is for China to make a fair offer for AVZ to consider . As we know previous offers have fallen well short of the mark . All IMO
