I didn’t say the people of the DRC are waiting, I said the people of Manono are waiting - which is a fact. Read what I actually wrote. Multiple reports have covered this, including a recent documentary. The people of Manono who live in near poverty conditions are eagerly waiting for Dathcom’s ML (from the DRC gov) for the jobs and economic benefits that commencement of operations would bring to the area.
