They already had let it slide. if it werent for the machinations of Zijin it would have already been in construction, developed in partnership between us (whose shareholding is Chinese dominated) and CATH, and with a output entirely claimed thus far by Chinese offtakes. And despite NFs assertions pf the West coming to the table, what did that amount to? Nada.

They may have a second chance at a stab at it now given these delays, but I can't see this going any other way than it did previously.
