To succeed in these lawless places you have to use their rules,
what are the worries for everyone involved by following the ASX regulations? NOT gaining the ML is the worry on sh's mind by doing the right thing....

Doing the right thing in countries where the only thing that counts is"how am i going to make money from breaking the rules"" means AVZ are not going to get off the floor unless they start to co-operate with the way they work..

All the law courts in the world cannot inforce in a country where LAW does not rule..
