Plenty of countries have criticized Australia over the years, whether it was our "Offshore Detention Centres" or other controversial policies. International courts have found some of our policies to be "Unlawful". However how much notice did we take of international criticism or courts finding our behaviour unlawful?
Why would the DRC not also ignore foreign sentiment or court findings? Their country, their rules, as it was for us
Nigel would have been better off raising the funds and running there as a private company, the scrutiny that comes with being publicly listed hamstrings them in operating in that environment
