If the ASX has questions, via letter, it would have published the letter on the ASX site. You know that.
The ASX should have questions, which then gives AVZ an opportunity to clarify. Responding to short reports isn’t overly professional, but needed via other means. I’d imagine AVZ can’t tell the market exactly what they think zijin and Cominiere has done (or how they did it) - that would be libellous.
The longer this stays suspended, the more revenue the DRC misses out on. So we’ll see.
you do fail to mention that even if zijin has 30%, AVZ hasn’t sold its 24% yet. And yes I know, it changes the funding model - that would still balance out.
