I believe nothing AVZ put in ann anymore. they clearly lied about asset ownerships and claims. They continue with the immaterial nonsense and yet are attending arbitration q2 next year.

But yes, it does say application. AVZ is an ASX listed company. we simply can not compete in DRC, we cant just hand out brown paper bags full of cash to get our way
