Here lies the problem. Glencore built their business on the back of corruption and brown paper bags. They only recently payed fines for a few billion. Some directors also received slaps on the wrist. But look at them now… one of the biggest mining companies in the world. Unfortunately, corruption has not changed since. Africa still has its way of doing things, and AVZ failing to do it like others has made this application for a ML so troublesome from the start.

All the more frustrating that NF once claimed this whole process would take little more than 6 weeks. How long ago was that?
