Their is no conflict in him holding ordinary shares in AJN. Make a complaint to the regulator if you think there is a problem.

What difference, other than appeasing some ill informed HC punters, would whatever share Nigel holds in any company being held by someone else make to the final outcome? Would you rather the chinese hold whatever shares NF is supposed to be holding

Yep you will want to revisit your thoughts here RAF….definitely conflict of interest imo. Directorship was only rescinded on 8 May 2022 the day before perpetual suspension. Doesn’t matter who holds AJN now, just can’t be Nigel or anyone he is related to… no way around it.
