Their is no conflict in him holding ordinary shares in AJN. Make a complaint to the regulator if you think there is a problem.

What difference, other than appeasing some ill informed HC punters, would whatever share Nigel holds in any company being held by someone else make to the final outcome? Would you rather the chinese hold whatever shares NF is supposed to be holding

How can I now trust his comment at the Perth Roadshow that CDL has a higher level of MICA and not as important as RD?

He needs to sell his AJN shares asap to restore shareholder confidence.
