I know we are in suspension, but another company we used to be tied into through from our MD announcing on the Canadian stock exchange that it had applied for a exploration licence on a tenement that we currently own might juuust be considered material...even if its source is from a dubious character in Klaus.

Nowhere has AVZ announced that they have relinquished any part of 13359. If they HAD, and haven't announced it, then that is a breach.

The mere presence of 'an application' for part of the tenement AVZ holds full rights to, doesn't mean AVZ should comment.

We wait until they complete their discussions as per the various notices of extension of the suspension
