AVZ board and Nigel 100 % committed to seeing this project going to production.
As for the ML it will happen as the DRC have too much at stake to be seen not applying its own laws .
If DRC wants to be seen as an answer to global critical mineral supply and open for investments by majors other than the Chinese then what happens with AVZ Minerals will be closely followed.
