Got to keep the larger shareholders happy so they dont band together and call a EGM under Sect 249D....of which the mere concept would be a bad look for the company....the motions put forward to an EGM could be unfavorable to the company but the large holders are unaware of that......might cause the company to be forced to make announcements that the thieves can use to their advantage....cost to run an EGM a lot more than $50k. So look at it in the bigger picture and the roadshows were worthwhile on a number of fronts imo.
