Thx FH. Your post seems a little more tempered than others who attended. my overall read on the posts here is that absolutely nothing has been shored up wrt the DRC Gov and we could realistically be holding binary shares. Talk is cheap and has been for many months whilst acknowledging nothing involving governments happens quickly, esp on the African continent. was there any representation this is going to work out for us or just a whole bunch of maybes? Thx again for posting and interested in your reply.
