It’s difficult to explain without giving anything to the detractors to use against us. My take was that AVZ are working closely with the respective people in DRC government and are making progress. It seems there are a number of rotten apples in the barrel but that they are gradually getting found out. The question no-one is able to answer with any certainty is how long this will take. There is confidence that it will resolve in our favour but only once the ML is issued will we actually know.
