Speculation will take this price through the roof alone.
A fair value of the resource would be 50c-$1 (assuming good drill results)
Then speculation could take it all the way up to $2.
Either way, I think everyone agrees 9c is a bargain, and unless some major catastrophe occurs, we are only at the beginning of the price surge.
