    Hi amy117, thanks for an easy explanation. I have a question, if I trade in my own name and I do about 20-30 trades every month, meanwhile I hold a certain stock for 12+ months as well, would I be eligible for CGT discount for that stock? Or would I be considered as a business hence no discount?
