Theoretically a Lithium Battery...with the right chemistry (Lithium Air) could hold 10-13kw per KG !!
We are currently sitting at about 0.25 kW per KG - Tesla Batteries, so lots of potential
Petrol is 9.6kw per KG (but the engine efficiency takes this down to about 1.5kw/KG
While electric motors are 95-98% efficient !
Zinc Batteries are more for static applications...
