If Nigel had the option to deal on the south right now he would take it in a heartbeat. He doesnt. DRC government officials wont even meet with him. That is why he is pushing the ICSID angle, even though the legal merits are questionable.

Let me try and say this another way:

- There is no litigation funding coming

- Even if there was, the prospect of winning at ICSID is extremely low

- The DRC government will not deal with the current Board

- The only option remaining is for AVZ shareholders to select new representation (it can be a small group of AVZ shareholders) and for the new leadership to drop the law suits, swiftly make their way to Kinshasa, meet with government officials, express regret over the racist remarks made against the DRC by a very small (minded) group of shareholders, and highlight AVZ's (you should probably change the name beforehand) keen interest on working with the DRC to develop the southern portion as quickly as possible

Why should we believe your opinion over asx announcements? Because you posted 73 times on avz

Avz winning as icsid is extremely low? Then why has icisd issued interim orders in favour of avz?

Your whole argument is Nigel cannot be trusted.. Great thanks, you are far more trustworthy?
